If you only use a professional photographer for listings of high end homes; what are you saying to all your other clients? I became aware of this when an agent contacted me to photograph a listing. RGA photographed a four bedroom, 3200 sq. ft. home and the agent was very pleased with the images.
Their website however, told a tale of two listings. They had images taken by RGA that were clear, crisp, well exposed, and had pleasing compositions, but on the other less pricey home, they were dark, blurry, crooked, and poorly composed. What did this say to the other client? Doesn’t my home demand professional images too?
More importantly, what does it say to prospective clients? If they see that you have different levels of service based on price, they may take their business elsewhere. You might have lost a client before they even picked up the phone to call you.
The camera sees everything. Therefore, you need to make sure your listing is in the best possible condition when being photographed. Based on past experiences, RGA Media has generated a guideline to help the homeowner prepare for their photo session.
